CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />Boy Scout Troop 702 led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />With the consensus ofthe Council, Mayor Santos moved Item 2.D. ahead ofItem 2.C. <br /> <br />A. Proclamation Declaring April 24, 2007 as Arbor Day in San Leandro. <br /> <br />Mayor Santos presented the Arbor Day proclamation to San Leandro Public Works <br />Services Director Mike Bakaldin. Mr. Bakaldin commented that this is the 10th year <br />that the City of San Leandro has received the Tree City USA designation. <br />
