<br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-003 RDA <br /> <br />(1057/1485/3042) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A COOPERATIVE <br />FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA CONTRA COSTA TRANSIT DISTRICT FOR <br />REGIONAL MEASURE 2 PASS-THROUGH FUNDS, PROJECT NO. 961-86-045 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Regional Measure 2 Transit Operations funds were awarded to the Alameda <br /> <br />Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit) for the project entitled "Enhanced Bus Service: <br /> <br />International Boulevard/Telegraph Avenue/East 14th BRT Corridor"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AC Transit included improvements to be completed by the Redevelopment <br /> <br />Agency of the City of San Leandro (the "Agency") in said AC Transit project for the renovations <br /> <br />to the Estudillo Plaza Bus Shelter and transit area near the southwestern comer of the <br /> <br />intersection of Davis Street and East 14th Street in San Leandro, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AC Transit requires a Cooperative Funding Agreement with the Agency to <br /> <br />redistribute Regional Measure 2 funds to reimburse the Agency for the aforementioned <br /> <br />improvements to the Estudillo Plaza transit area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br /> <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That the Executive Director is authorized to enter into a Cooperative Funding Agreement <br /> <br />with AC Transit for Regional Measure 2 funds. <br /> <br />Introduced by Agency Member Badger and passed and adopted this 7th day of February <br /> <br />2005, by the following called vote: <br />
