<br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-004 RDA <br /> <br />(1485/2323) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />WINZLER AND KELLY CONSULTING ENGINEERS RELATING TO THE <br />WEST ESTUDILLO PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION, PROJECT NO. 03-961-86-045 <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Winzler and Kelly Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Agency. <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The Executive Director has recommended the approval of said document. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br /> <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereofby the Executive Director <br /> <br />is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Agency Member Grant and passed and adopted this 22nd day of February <br /> <br />2005, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Agency: <br /> <br />AYES: Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, N ardine, Santos, Stephens; Chair Young (7) <br /> <br />NOES: None 0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
