<br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro (the "City") did, on February 14, 2005, publicly <br /> <br />open, examine, and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work described in <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2004-024 RDA of the Agency of said City adopted on December 6,2004, which <br /> <br />resolution is hereby expressly referred to for a description of said work and for all particulars <br /> <br />relative to the proceedings under said resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation <br /> <br />Director of the City who has recommended that the proposal hereinafter mentioned is the lowest <br /> <br />responsive bid for doing said work. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER, as follows: <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby <br /> <br />specificall y finds that all of the facts stated above are true and correct. <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby authorizes <br /> <br />the expenditure of Redevelopment Agency funds and, as necessary, the <br /> <br />proceeds from tax allocation bonds issued by the Agency to install the <br /> <br />West Estudillo Pedestrian Connection. <br /> <br />That the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby <br /> <br />designates the City of San Leandro to act as its agent with all appropriate <br /> <br />powers of authority in the oversight and administration of the project, <br /> <br />including project acceptance upon completion. <br /> <br />Introduced by Agency Member Stephens and passed and adopted this 21st day of March <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />2005, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-005 RDA <br /> <br />3 <br />
