<br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 008 RDA <br /> <br />(1034/1485fl)-1391) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FORM OF A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />ST AHL- WOOLDRIDGE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 13664 <br />EAST STREET (APN: 077E-1525-003-04) IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $4,500,000 <br />AND AUTHORIZING RELATED CLOSING COSTS AND PRE-ACQUISITION EXPENSES IN <br />AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $205,000 <br /> <br />The form of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of San Leandro and Stahl-Wooldridge Construction Company, a copy of which is attached, for <br />the purchase of 13664 East 14th Street for affordable housing, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency Board is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement, and appropriation of <br />Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds in the amount of $4,705,000 for the purchase and <br />related pre-acquisition costs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the Executive Director is <br />hereby authorized, and $4,705,000 is hereby appropriated from the Low and Moderate Income <br />Housing Fund. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Grant and passed and adopted this 16th day of May, 2005 by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />A YES: Members Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br />ATTEST ~)~ ~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, Agency ecretary <br />
