<br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-012 RDA <br /> <br />(1485/2949) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NEIGHBORHOOD <br />SOLUTIONS TO ADMINISTER THE OWNER OCCUPIED HOUSING REHABILITATION <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />An agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and <br /> <br />Neighborhood Solutions, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br /> <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br /> <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside Fund amount of $92,000 related to the administration of the <br /> <br />Housing Rehabilitation Program by Neighborhood Solutions. <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Agency Member Grant and passed and adopted this 5th day of July, 2005, <br /> <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Agency: <br /> <br />ABSENT: Member Stephens <br /> <br />(6) <br />(0) <br />(1) <br /> <br />AYES: Members Badger, Grant, N ardine, Santos, Starosciak; Chair Young <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Ill, _ ..: ~ <br />, lI\.W~ I <br /> <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
