<br />9.3 Monthly Reports. Within 15 days after the end of each month, <br />Manager will provide Agency with the following information for the preceding <br />month: <br />9.3.1 Financial Statements. A statement in form acceptable to <br />Agency indicating the receipts, disbursements, delinquencies and uncollected <br />rents arising form the operation of the Project, including a comparison of monthly <br />and year-to-date actual receipts and disbursements with the Business Plan; <br /> <br />9.3.2 Supportinq Data. At Agency's request, copies of the <br />following: (i) all checks, bank statements, bank deposit slips, and bank <br />reconciliations; (ii) detailed cash receipts and disbursement records; (iii) copies of <br />all invoices; (iv) supporting documentation for payroll, taxes and employee <br />benefits; (v) such other information as Agency may reasonably request; <br /> <br />9.3.3 Leasinq Reports. A rent roll for the Project current as of the <br />last day of the month; <br /> <br />9.3.4 Repairs. A description of any work performed on the Project <br />to include major repairs and executed work orders; and <br /> <br />9.3.5 Other Reports. Any other information which is material to <br />the operation of the Project, including, without limitation, a report on the physical <br />condition of the Property and the Improvements, a report on social services and <br />other services provided to residents, and information relating to any pending or <br />threatened litigation, and such other reports and documents as Agency may <br />reasonably request from time to time. <br /> <br />9.4 Reports to Aqencies. Manager shall prepare in a timely and <br />diligent manner all forms and returns required by law or regulation to be prepared <br />and/or filed in connection with the operation of the Project, including, but not <br />limited to, any reports or filings required by any local, state, or federal law in <br />connection with licensing, unemployment insurance, workers' compensation <br />insurance, disability benefits, FICA, and withholding taxes, and other similar <br />reports or returns now in effect or hereinafter imposed. <br /> <br />9.5 Audits. Manager will cooperate with and give reasonable <br />assistance to any accountant retained by the Agency to examine financial <br />statements or other records pertaining to the Project. <br /> <br />ARTICLE X DEFAULT AND REMEDIES <br /> <br />10.1 Events of Default.
