<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-019 <br /> <br />(2323) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO APPROVING <br />CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WINZLER AND KELLY <br />CONSULTING ENGINEERS RELATING TO THE WEST ESTUDILLO PEDESTRIAN <br />CONNECTION, PROJECT NO. 03-961-86-045 <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Winzler and Kelly Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereofby the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 22nd day of February <br /> <br />2005, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Y oung(7) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />(0) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
