This Project Scope and Fee Estimate assumes that no more than 18 households will <br />be eligible to receive full Relocation Assistance. Relocation Assistance for additional <br />households, in full or in part, will be billed as extra work on a time and materials <br />basis. <br />2. Public Meetings and any Appeals will be billed as extra work on a time and materials <br />basis. <br />3. Audit assistance will be billed as extra work on a time and materials basis. <br />4. It is assumed that there is no BUD funding in this project. <br />5.
