<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of San Leandro hereby: <br /> <br />1. Approves the provision of the Predevelopment Loan in an amount up to Seven <br />Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($727,000) for architectural plans, engineering <br />studies, site inspections and other predevelopment activities for the Project; <br /> <br />2. Approves the Pre development Loan Agreement, the Predevelopment Note and the <br />Assignment Agreement, and authorizes the Executive Director or his or her designee to <br />execute and deliver each such document to which the Agency is a party substantially in <br />the form on file with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />3.
