<br />Implementation Plan by allowing for continuous enhanced and safe pedestrian and vehicular <br /> <br />travel along Doolittle Drive, being within the Project Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro (the "City") has reviewed and considered the <br /> <br />Categorical Exemption prepared for the project and hereby finds that the project will not have a <br /> <br />significant effect on the environment, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br /> <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby <br /> <br />specifically finds that all of the facts stated above are true and correct. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby authorizes <br /> <br />the allocation and expenditure of up to $1,570,000 of the proceeds from the West San Leandro <br /> <br />Tax Allocation Bonds issued by the Agency for the Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvements, <br /> <br />Phase 1 and 2, Project No. 230-43-155 project. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby <br /> <br />authorizes the additional allocation of up to $750,000 from available tax increment in the West <br /> <br />San LeandrolMacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area for the Doolittle Drive <br /> <br />Entryway Improvements, Phase 1 and 2, Project No. 230-43-155 project, if needed, and <br /> <br />Section 4. That the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby <br /> <br />designates the City of San Leandro to act as its agent with all appropriate powers of authority in <br /> <br />the planning, oversight, and administration of the project, including project acceptance upon <br /> <br />completion. <br /> <br />Introduced by Agency Member Santos and passed and adopted this 19th day of June <br /> <br />2006, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-006 RDA <br /> <br />3 <br />
