<br />E. Consultant shall adjust Promissory Note when a principal reduction is necessary as a result of <br />unused contingency funds. <br /> <br />F. All original Promissory Notes shall be delivered to Agency's Housing Services Division who <br />will in tum submit Notes to the Agency's Finance Department within thirty (30) days of project <br />completion. <br /> <br />V. CONSTRUCTION POLICIES AND PERMITS <br /> <br />Consultant shall obtain building permits for structural, plumbing, electrical, heating, or any other repairs <br />that require inspection; work in excess of $500 shall be performed by licensed contractors: Consultant <br />staff shall monitor conformance with all state and local laws. <br /> <br />VI. REPORTING <br /> <br />Consultant shall submit quarterly reports to the Agency and shall include the following information: <br /> <br />A. Name and address of applicants <br />B. Date of application <br />C. Date of site visit <br />D. Dates of start and completion <br />E. Description of work performed <br />F. Costs of work performed <br />G. Name of contractor <br />H. Income and ethnicity of clients <br />I. Total number of applications <br />J . Total number of units under construction <br />K. Total number of units completed or committed <br />L.
