Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />1. Mayor Young reported on the restructuring of the Alameda Reuse and <br />Redevelopment Authority and the fact the City no longer needs to be a <br />member of the ARRA. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor also commented on the Alameda County Congestion Management <br />Agency (CMA) transportation update newsletter, the Measure "B" <br />reauthorization project, and transit funds. <br /> <br />B. Reports on City Council Committees <br /> <br />1. City and San Lorenzo Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting of <br />February 8, 2000. Mayor Young reported on the meeting highlights. <br /> <br />2. Economic Development and Redevelopment Committee Meeting of February <br />10,2000. Vice Mayor Galvan reported on the meeting highlights. <br /> <br />3. Facilities Committee Meeting of February 8, 2000. Council Member Glaze <br />reported on the meeting highlights. <br /> <br />4. Finance Committee Meeting of February 9, 2000. Mayor Young reported on <br />the meeting highlights. <br /> <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval <br />by the City Council with one single action. The City Council may remove items from <br />the Consent Calendar for purposes of discussion. Items listed on the Consent <br />Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. <br /> <br />Items 7.A, 7.B, 7.C, and 7.D were removed from the Consent Calendar to New <br />Business. No items were approved as part of the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />A. Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro <br />Providing Security for the City of San Leandro Housing and Urban Development <br />Section 108 Loan Guarantee for the Affordable Senior Housing Project Located at <br />232 East 14th Street, Assessor's Parcel Number 76-273-27-2 (provides a portion <br />of the repayment guarantee in the event of a default on the Section 108 Loan for <br />property acquisition of 232 East 14th Street). Removed from the Consent <br />Calendar to New Business. <br />
