Bids opened <br />April 11, 2000.). Funding: Appropriation ofDFSI Funds by Resolution No. 99-30 <br />on March 1, 1999. (2884) <br /> <br />M1S/C Loeffler and Grant. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: Nardine <br /> <br />6.1 Resolution Approving Final Subdivision Map, Subdivision Improvement Agreement <br />(Public Improvements), Subdivision Improvement Agreement (private Improvements), <br />and Acceptance of Dedication of Public Utility Easements and Public Right of Way <br />Access Easements for Tract 7078; Cherry Wood, Phase I (Formerly Cherry City), at <br />Westerly End of Peralta Avenue, West of San Leandro Boulevard; Developer: San <br />Leandro Investors, LLC (provides for the development of one hundred twenty-eight <br />[128], single-family residential units on a portion of 44.6 acres known as Peralta <br />Avenue Area). <br /> <br />Council Member LoeIDer expressed concerns with the proposed sound wall and asked <br />about the timeline for construction and what controls the City has on the design. The <br />City Manager commented on the sound concerns and how they will be addressed. <br /> <br />Mayor Young requested that staff pull the project materials together regarding the <br />previous discussion when this item was before the City Council and bring back <br />information regarding what is being done to address the impacts of reflective sound <br />from the sound wall on the adjoining neighborhoods. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2000-56.
