This would allow the development of a limited, vehicle-maintenance business, which may include open vehicle storage at the rear of the site to accommodate a maximum of five vehicles waiting for repair. The site would also be used for storage for up to 20 RV's and/or boats. A site for a possible telecommunications tower is also proposed. The existing dwelling unit at the front of the site will be retained and a frame shop for pulling vehicle frames will be added.
