Resolution No. 2000-13, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving a $212,000 Contractual Services Agreement with Ruggeri Jensen Azar and Associates for Phase IT Construction Drawings for the East 14th Street Improvement Project, Unincorporated Area of Alameda County (provides funding for 65%, 9()O/cJ, and 100% working drawings for the Streetscape Improvement Project for East 14th Street/Mission Boulevard from 159th Avenue to Rufus Court in the Unincorporated Area of Alameda County). Cost: $212,000 (fully funded by Alameda County's share of tax. increment revenue). (2323) 4. NEW BUSINESS A. Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving the Owner Participation Agreement (OP A) Between EDEN Housing and the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency for Acquisition and Development of the Property Located at 2390 East 14th Street, Assessor's Parcel Number 077E- 1525-001 (provides a $550,000 forgivable loan to EDEN Housing for acquisition of the property at 2390 East 14th Street, adjacent to Fuller Lodge, for housing for developmentally disabled adults). Cost: $550,000 (SLRA Housing Set-Aside Funds). Agency Chair Young recused herself from discussion and/or action on this item as she sits on the Board of the Fuller Lodge. Agency Member Grant indicated the Fuller Lodge is a meaningful asset to the community and there is a need to make sure there is a crosswalk at the intersection.
