CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval <br />by the Redevelopment Agency with one single action. The Redevelopment Agency <br />may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of discussion. Items listed <br />on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. <br /> <br />The Consent Calendar was approved as foUows: <br /> <br />M/S/C Grant and Glaze. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />A. Resolution No. 2000-13, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of San Leandro Approving a $212,000 Contractual Services Agreement <br />with Ruggeri Jensen Azar and Associates for Phase IT Construction Drawings for <br />the East 14th Street Improvement Project, Unincorporated Area of Alameda <br />County (provides funding for 65%, 9()O/cJ, and 100% working drawings for the <br />Streetscape Improvement Project for East 14th Street/Mission Boulevard from <br />159th Avenue to Rufus Court in the Unincorporated Area of Alameda County). <br />Cost: $212,000 (fully funded by Alameda County's share of tax. increment <br />revenue). (2323) <br /> <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro <br />Approving the Owner Participation Agreement (OP A) Between EDEN Housing <br />and the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency for Acquisition and Development of <br />the Property Located at 2390 East 14th Street, Assessor's Parcel Number 077E- <br />1525-001 (provides a $550,000 forgivable loan to EDEN Housing for acquisition <br />of the property at 2390 East 14th Street, adjacent to Fuller Lodge, for housing for <br />developmentally disabled adults). Cost: $550,000 (SLRA Housing Set-Aside <br />Funds). <br /> <br />Agency Chair Young recused herself from discussion and/or action on this item as <br />she sits on the Board of the Fuller Lodge. <br /> <br />Agency Member Grant indicated the Fuller Lodge is a meaningful asset to the <br />community and there is a need to make sure there is a crosswalk at the <br />intersection. <br />
