Matter of Approval of Amendment NO.1 to the West San LeandrolMacArthur <br />Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area to Decline Tax Increment from Certain <br />Properties (amends the Redevelopment Plan to decline tax increment from certain <br />parcels based upon the Agreement with Alameda County). <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, Jennifer <br />Andersen gave a brief staff report and urged City CouncillRedevelopment Agency <br />approval. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />There being no comments from the public, the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />M/S/C Loeffler and Nardine.
