JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: Agency Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, <br />Nardine; Chair Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />A. Matter of Reuse Report and Amended and Restated Disposition and Development <br />Agreement (DDA) with Creekside Associates, LLC, Related to the Sale of <br />Property to Be Developed as Creekside Business Park, Located at 960 San <br />Leandro Boulevard, Assessor's Parcel Number 75-36-52, Plaza Redevelopment <br />Project Area, to Add a Third Building, Building C (50,000 Square Feet) and a <br />One-Level Parking Structure, and Authorizing and Approving the Execution of a <br />License Agreement in Connection Therewith. <br /> <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, Debbie <br />Potter gave the staff report and an overview of the Disposition and Development <br />Agreement. Hanson Horn, Director of Development Services, presented additional <br />information on the Planned Development. <br /> <br />Moss Shikawa, MCG Architects, made a presentation, in greater detail, of the <br />Plans for the project. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />Rick Richards, 335 Peralta Avenue, spoke in support of the proposed project. <br /> <br />Lawrence Lancaster, 1132 Carpentier Street, addressed the Agency/Council, <br />indicating he has not received notice about any office complex being built at this <br />location. <br />
