Ayes: 5; Noes: 0; Absent: Young and Nardine <br /> <br />Minute Order No. 2000-55, Motion Approving the Planned Development, <br />PD-00-2; 1844 Bancroft Avenue, East Side of Bancroft Avenue, Between <br />Sybil Avenue and Elsie Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number 77-519-13, Subject <br />to the Findings and Conditions of Approval. (1099/1009) <br /> <br />The City Council approved the Planned Development, PD.00-2; 1844 <br />Bancroft Avenue, east side of Bancroft Avenue, between Sybil Avenue <br />and Elsie Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number 77.519-13, Subject to the <br />Findings and Conditions of Approval. <br /> <br />M/S/C Galvan and Grant. When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and <br />submit it to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official <br />record of names and addresses obtained. The public is invited to make any comments <br />related to Agenda items, or other items of public interest, at this time. <br /> <br />A. Frank Mellon, EBMUD, 375 - 11th Street, Oakland, addressed the City <br />Council regarding the aquifer in the Oro Lorna District of San Leandro and the <br />American River project in relation to drought issues. <br />
