CITY MANAGER'S REPORT AND COMMENTS <br /> <br />The City Manager asked that the following items be referred to the Rules and <br />Communications Committee: <br /> <br />. The charge of the new Senior Citizens Commission <br />. Revisions to the manner in which traffic issues are considered <br />. Revisions to the manner in which subdivision final maps are considered <br /> <br />The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> <br />Minute Order No. 2000-61, City Council consensus. (City Manager's Report <br />and Comments, Item 5) <br /> <br />City Council consensus was reached and the City Council directed that the <br />issues regarding: <br /> <br />. The charge of the new Senior Citizens Commission; <br />. Revisions to the manner in which traffic issues are considered by the City <br />Council; and <br />. Revisions to the manner in which subdivision final maps are considered <br />by the City Council <br /> <br />be referred to the City Council Rules and Communications Committee for <br />recommendation to the full City Council. <br /> <br />No Vote. <br /> <br />6. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />A Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />1. Mayor Young reported that she has information to distribute to the City <br />Council from Waste Management regarding Household Hazardous Waste. <br /> <br />The Mayor also reported that the Congestion Management Authority and <br />Alameda County Transportation Authority were happy that Measure "B" was <br />approved on November 7, 2000. <br /> <br />B. Reports on City Council Committees <br /> <br />1. City and San Leandro Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting of <br />November 7,2000. Report accepted as submitted. <br />
