<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City of San Leandro <br />Grant Agreement No. 05-012 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Standard Provisions <br /> <br />SITE-SPECIFIC PLANS AND WORK PROGRAM <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Prior to commencing project treatment and eradication activities, the grantee shall submit <br />site specific plans and a detailed work program to the Executive Officer for review and <br />written approval of their consistency with this agreement: <br /> <br />1. Site-specific plans, including mitigation and monitoring measures, for each treatment . <br />and eradication site. The grantee shall prepare and review the plans on-site with the <br />Conservancy's Invasive Spartina Control Program Field Operations Manager. <br /> <br />2. A detailed work program for treatment and eradication work, including a schedule of <br />completion for treatment and eradication work at each treatment and eradication site, <br />a final project completion date, and a detailed project budget. The project budget <br />shall describe all labor and materials costs to be incurred to complete each compon~nt <br />of the project. For each project component, the project budget shall list all intended <br />funding soU{ces, including the Conservancy's grant, the grantee's contribution and all <br />other sources of monies, materials, or labor. <br /> <br />3. A detailed work program for project public outreach activities. The- work program <br />shall include the specific tasks to be performed a schedule of completion, and a <br />detailed project budget. <br /> <br />The site-specific plans and work programs shall have the same effect as if included in the <br />text of this agreement. However, the site-specific plans and work programs may be <br />modified without amendment of this agreement upon the grantee's submission ofa <br />modified site-specific plan or work program and the Executive Officer's written <br />approval. If this agreement and the site-specific plans or work programs are inconsistent, <br />the agreement shall control. <br /> <br />The grantee shall carry out the project in accordance with the approved site-specific plans <br />and work programs. . <br /> <br />COSTS AND DISBURSEMENTS <br /> <br />Upon determination by the Conservancy that all "CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO <br />COMMENCEMENT OF PROJECT AND DISBURSEMENT AND ADDITIONAL <br />GRANT CONDITIONS" have been fully met, the Conservancy shall disburse to the <br />grantee, in accordance with the approved project budget, a total amount not to exceed the <br />amount of this grant, as follows: <br />
