Additional bath remodel when concurrent with kitchen or bath remodel within the same structure and at same time $128.00 c. Single kikhen or bath remodel (permit to include electrical, plumbing, mechanical ventikItion and appliances) $374.00 d. Additional bath remodel when concu"ent with kikhen or bath remodel within the same structure and at same Plan checking fee shall be paid at the time of application for a building permit. The plan checking fee is in addition to the fee and shall be as follows: For Master Plans (i.e. identical buildings built by the same builder on the same lot or in the same tract and for which building are issues at the same tin1~): .
