<br />Summary Vacation <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />May2!,2007 <br /> <br />impassable for vehicular travel for a period of five consecutive years and no public money was <br />expended for maintenance on the street or highway during such a period. The subject piece of <br />land is within the public right-of-way, but is behind the sidewalk and is currently used for <br />parking. Although vehicles can access this portion of public right-of-way, it is not part of the <br />traffic lanes of either MacArthur Boulevard or Broadmoor Boulevard, so it can be considered as <br />being impassable for vehicular travel and only the property owner has maintained the area. <br />Since this configuration has been in existence for over five years, all conditions for a summary <br />vacation are satisfied. <br /> <br />Letters were sent out in late January 2007 to inform AT&T, Comcast, EBMUD, and PG&E of <br />this proposal and to allow them an opportunity to voice objections. On May 7, 2007 by Resolution No. 2007-058, the City Council approved a motion for the <br />Planned Development PLN2006-l04 for the constuction of a 23-unit, three-story residential <br />for sale row-home development at the corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Broadmoor <br />Boulevard <br />.
