<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-068 <br /> <br />(3005) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK <br />FOR TRACT 7452 LOCATED AT 1057 MACARTHUR BOULEVARD; <br />DEVELOPER: HENNIGAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />Pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />Hennigan Construction, Inc., dated April 4, 2005, and associated plans identified as Tract 7452, <br />certain subdivision improvement work has been completed. <br /> <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> <br />3. That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 21 st day of May <br />2007, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />(0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />(0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
