<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-070 <br /> <br />(2500/3029) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 009-N <br />TO MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS--AGREEMENT PROVIDES <br />LOCAL MATCH TO FEDERAL FUNDS, PROJECT NO. 150-38-274, <br />FEDERAL-AID PROJECT NO. STPL-5041(028) <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />Program Supplement No. 009-N is to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for <br />Federally Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of <br />California. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 009- <br /> <br />N. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said Program Supplement No. 009-N is hereby approved and the City Manager or <br />his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same and future <br />supplements for the construction phase on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 21st day of May <br />2007, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />(7) <br />(0) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
