At a Town Hall meeting on March 19,2002, residents rejected the proposed Caltrans option <br />to close Beatrice Street <br />. A public meeting was held on April 30, 2003 to present a variety of alternatives for the <br />subject project developed in cooperation with the City <br />. Update notices were sent to residents in March 2003 and May 2003 <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br /> <br />.
