CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single <br />action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council <br />may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. <br />Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining <br />on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 <br />minutes for all items. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by <br />title. <br /> <br />Item 8.F. was removed from the Consent Calendar to Item 9, Items Removed from <br />Consent Calendar. Minute Order No. 2007-062, Resolution Commending Dr. Mohammad Qayoumi as <br />the Fourth President of California State University, East Bay, and Commemorating the <br />50th Anniversary of California State University, East Bay (approves a ceremonial <br />resolution of the City Council). (1081) <br /> <br />The City Council approved the resolution commending Dr. Mohammad Qayoumi <br />as the Fourth President of California State University, East Bay, and <br />commemorating the 50th Anniversary of California State University, East Bay. <br /> <br />C. Matter of Annual Reporting of the 911 Fee Revenue Program (outlines revenues and <br />expenditures relating to the Emergency Communication System Access Fee, pursuant to <br />San Leandro Municipal Code Section 2-16-220). <br /> <br />. Minute Order No. 2007-063, Motion Approving the Annual Reporting of the <br />911 Fee Revenue Program and the Proposal to Continue the Current Fee of $2.06 <br />per Single Access Line. (3084) <br /> <br />The City Council approved the annual reporting of the 911 Fee Revenue <br />Program and the proposal to continue the current fee of $2.06 per single <br />access line. <br />
