<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-074 <br /> <br />(2678) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />CLARIFYING OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE FIRST RESPONDER AGREEMENT <br /> <br />A Letter of Understanding between the City of San Leandro and the Alameda County Fire <br />Department, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 4th day of June, 2007 by <br />the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />(7) <br />(0) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
