<br />'. <br /> <br />project shall comply with requirements for water supply as per Appendix ill-A of <br />the California Fire Code, which may include providing additional hydrant(s). If fire <br />flow standards cannot be complied with, fire sprinklers may be required. <br /> <br />B. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, all applicable Fire and Building Code <br />requirements shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Alameda County Fire <br />Marshall and the City of San Leandro Chief Building Official. <br /> <br />VI. POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />A. The applicant shall submit typical details and specifications for the security of the <br />new two-family residence; details subject to the review and approval of the City <br />of San Leandro Police Department and the Zoning Enforcement Official. Said <br />details and specifications shall include, but is not limited to, dead bolt locks, <br />front-door door viewers, sliding glass door and window locking and anti forced <br />entry devices. <br /> <br />B. All building addresses shall be placed in such a position as to be plainly visible <br />and legible from the street. Said numbers shall contrast with their background and <br />be visible at night. Details including number size and location shall be submitted <br />for the review and approval of the City of San Leandro Police Department, Fire <br />Marshal and the Zoning Enforcement Official, prior to issuance of building <br />permits Specific property addresses will be assigned by the City's Building and <br />Safety Division of the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br /> <br />VII. MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />A. The site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free oflitter, debris and weeds. <br /> <br />B. The fencing shall be structur~ny sound and well maintained at all times; any damage <br />to the fence shall be promptly repaired. <br /> <br />C. Any graffiti shall be removed from the building walls and the perimeter fencing. <br /> <br />D. The herein required landscaping on all properties shall be maintained in a healthy <br />growing condition at all times; any damaged or unhealthy plants shall be replaced <br />promptly. <br /> <br />E. There shall be no parking or storage of boats, trailers, camper tops, inoperable <br />vehicles and the like outside the building, on any of the three subject properties. <br /> <br />VIII. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. Any electrical or gas meters, utility switch boxes, telephone, interface cabinets, <br />outdoor refuse, storage areas or other utility feature shall be screened from view by a <br />fence, wall or landscaping; details subject to the approval of the Zoning <br />Enforcement Official. <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2006-00005 <br /> <br />May 30, 2006 <br />Page 7 of8 <br />
