Resolution 2001-101, adopted on July 2, 2001, authorized application for a TFCA <br />regional grant in the amount not to exceed $150,000. <br />. Resolution 2003-134, adopted June 16,2003, authorized application for a TFCA regional <br />grant in the amount not to exceed $150,000. <br />. Resolution 2004-027, adopted March 1,2004, authorized execution of an agreement with <br />the Air District for a grant of $68,025 for the shuttle service utilizing compressed natural <br />gas vehicles. <br />. Ordinance No. 2004-013, passed to print on June 7, 2004, established a Business <br />Improvement District to provide partial funding for the West San Leandro Shuttle <br />through an employer-based assessment district. <br />. Resolution 2004-100, adopted June 21,2004, authorized application for a TFCA regional <br />grant in the amount not to exceed $100,000. <br />. Resolution 2004-177 adopted December 20, 2004, authorized execution of an agreement <br />with the Air District for a grant of $67,838 for the shuttle service utilizing compressed <br />natural gas vehicles. <br />. Resolution 2005-087, adopted June 20, 2005, authorized application for a TFCA regional <br />grant in the amount not to exceed $100,000. <br />. Resolution 2005-116, adopted October 3, amended Title 2 ofthe San Leandro Municipal <br />Code to add a new Chapter 15 to reestablish the West San Leandro Business <br />Improvement District. <br />. Resolution 2006-023, adopted March 6, 2006, authorized execution of an agreement with <br />the Air District for a grant of $57,770 for the shuttle service utilizing compressed natural <br />gas vehicles. <br />.
