COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> <br />A. The applicant/property owner shall comply with Exhibits A and B dated March 6, <br />2007, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file in the City of San <br />Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California, 94577). <br /> <br />Exhibit A - Site Plan with Roof Plan <br />Exhibit B - Elevations <br /> <br />B. The applicant/property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in <br />interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms <br />and conditions. <br /> <br />C. This Major View Preservation/Site Plan Review approval permits the construction <br />of an approximately 320 square-foot attached garage, maximum height of nine <br />feet, three inches above grade, in the side yard of the residence at 1648 Graff <br />Court, Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 77-628-32-2. <br /> <br />D. Prior to issuance of final building permits, the existing accessory structure in the <br />side of the dwelling shall be relocated from the site according to the approved Site <br />Plan (Exhibit A). <br /> <br />II. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />A. All structures shall be structurally sound and well-maintained at all times; any <br />datnageto the structures shaUbe promptly repaired: <br /> <br />B. Any graffiti on the property shall be promptly removed. <br /> <br />C. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br /> <br />D. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br />accepted or submitted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance <br />with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community <br />Development Director waives compliance with the terms of the application and <br />Conditions of Approval pending application for the amendment. <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2007 -00002 <br /> <br />March 6, 2007 <br />Page3 of3 <br />
