IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2007-078 (1051 ) RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2007 TO JUNE 30, 2008 WHEREAS, the FY 2007-2008 Proposed Budget of the City of San Leandro was prepared and submitted to the City Council by the City Manager on May 25, 2007 , which was at least thirty- five (35) days prior to the beginning ofthe 2007-2008 fiscal year as required by Section 505 of the City's Charter; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the City Manager's Proposed Budget, and thereafter caused a public hearing to be held concerning the Proposed Budget on June 18,2007; and WHEREAS, upon conclusion of the public hearing, the City Council further considered the Proposed Budget as provided for in Section 515 of the Charter; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO: That the FY 2007-2008 Proposed Budget referenced above is hereby designated and approved as the City of San Leandro's FY 2007-2008 Adopted Budget. That the amounts stated herein are hereby appropriated to the purposes therein specified for FY 2007-2008 and that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute any and all Service Agreements as provided for in said appropriation. That General Fund taxes, interest and other discretionary revenues (as opposed to Non- Discretionary revenues from program fees and charges) are hereby designated to specific service areas as follows: Department % of Total Budget General Government Services Police Services Fire Services Development Services Public Works Services Library Services Recreation and Human Services Non-Departmental 9% 32% 22% 8% 7% 7% 7% 9%
