<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-084 <br /> <br />(2368) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK <br />DISTRICT FOR A PORTION OF THE SHORELINE TRAIL <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />A first amendment to license between the City of San Leandro and East Bay Regional <br />Park District, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said amendment to license <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said amendment to license is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br />authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember ProIa and passed and adopted this 18th day of June 2007, <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Counci1members Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />(7) <br />(0) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
