That on or about the 7th day of November 2005, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 834 East 14t Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with ONE WORK PLACE, INC., 475 BRANNAN STREET #210, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94107, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit, WASHINGTON MANOR LIBRARY FURNITURE, CASEWORK, AND LIBRARY METAL SHELVING, PACKAGE 3- STANDARD FURNITURE, PROJECT NO. 05-210-69-146. 2. No surety was required ofthe Contractor for said work of improvement. 3. That said work of improvement wad accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 21st day of May 2007. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WASHINGTON MANOR LIBRARY FURNITURE, CASEWORK, AND LIBRARY METAL SHELVING, PACKAGE 3-STANDARD FURNITURE, PROJECT NO. 05-210-69-146, is that of fee simple title in certain land designated as 1241 Manor Boulevard, San Leandro, California, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
