Public Comments <br /> <br />Chair Grant moved the public comments section of the agenda to the beginning of the meeting <br />due to public attendees. Mr. Arce requested a special Finance Committee meeting before the July <br />16, 2007 City Council meeting to further discuss and gain insight on the City's meetings with <br />agencies such as EBASE and the Central Labor Council regarding the Living Wage Ordinance. <br /> <br />City Manager Jermanis will check with the Finance Committee members on availability of staff <br />and meeting scheduling. It was further mentioned that even if the Finance Committee met before <br />the July 16, 2007 Council Meeting, the Finance Committee report would not be ready for the <br />City Council until the September 2007 Council meeting. <br /> <br />2. Review of City's Purchasing Policy <br /> <br />A review of the City's current Purchasing Policy was requested by City Council.
