<br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br />PLN2006-00102 <br />1717 Doolittle Drive <br />McGrath Properties, Inc. (Applicant and Property Owner) <br /> <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> <br />A. The applicant/property owner shall comply with Exhibits A and B, attached to the <br />application dated January 12, 2007, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on <br />file in the City of San Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East 14th <br />Street, San Leandro, California, 94577). <br /> <br />Exhibit A - Partial Site Plan <br />Exhibit B - Partial South Elevation Showing Project Area <br /> <br />B. The applicant/property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in <br />interest who assumes responsibility for this site plan approval is informed of its <br />terms and conditions. <br /> <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br /> <br />A. This site plan review approval allows the relocation of dock doors approved under <br />PLN2006-00035 as well as establishment of one additional dock door, all along <br />the Williams Street frontage (south elevation) of the building located at 1717 <br />Doolittle, San Leandro (Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-541-10). <br /> <br />III. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. Plans submitted for Building Permit review shall be in conformance with the <br />partial elevations and site plan submitted with the application (Exhibits A and B). <br />Any change in the proposed location or number of doors to be installed shall <br />require review by the Zoning Enforcement Official and, if deemed significant, <br />may require additional neighborhood notification prior to installation. <br /> <br />B. The new and relocated doors shall be painted to match the color of the building <br />(main color or trim), and shall be kept in good working order at all times. <br /> <br />C. When not in use by a truck loading/unloading goods, all dock doors shall be kept <br />closed so at to minimize potential noise impacts to residents across the street. <br /> <br />D. Hours of operation for the truck docks shall be limited to 6 AM to 6 PM <br />weekdays.
