<br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br />PLN2006-00106 <br />699 Lewelling Boulevard <br />Szto Associates (Applicant) and Weingarten Realty Investors (Property Owner) <br /> <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> <br />A. The applicant/property owner shall comply with Exhibits A through C, attached to <br />the application dated January 19, 2007, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are <br />on file in the City of San Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East <br />14th Street, San Leandro, California, 94577). <br /> <br />Exhibit A - Partial Site Plan <br />Exhibit B - Partial Floor Plan <br />Exhibit C - Elevations <br /> <br />B. The applicant/property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in <br />interest who assumes responsibility for this site plan approval is informed of its <br />terms and conditions. <br /> <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br /> <br />A. This site plan review approval allows for the installation of an Automatic Teller <br />Machine (A TM) to the exterior of an existing Wells Fargo Financial office located <br />at 699 Lewelling Boulevard, Suite #292, San Leandro; (Alameda County <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 412-1-20). <br /> <br />III. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. Plans submitted for Building Permit review shall be in conformance with the <br />partial elevations and site plan submitted with the application (Exhibits A through <br />C). Any change in the proposed location or number of ATM's to be installed shall <br />require review by the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br /> <br />B. Prior to issuance of a building permit, a lighting plan detailing existing lights and <br />any new proposed lights, shall be submitted for review and approval by the <br />Zoning Enforcement Official to insure that the area around the ATM be <br />adequately lit during non-daylight hours. <br /> <br />C. An existing trash receptacle located near the area of the proposed A TM shall be <br />relocated so as to provide an unobstructed view of the A TM from the parking lot. <br />For security purposes, unobstructed view of the A TM shall be maintained at all <br />times. <br /> <br />Agreement to Conditions <br />PLN2006-00106 <br /> <br />January 19,2007 <br />Page 3 of4 <br />
