<br />REPORT OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />IMPOSING LIENS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF <br />ALARM RESPONSE FEES <br /> <br />List No 2007 -2 <br /> <br />July 10,2007 <br /> <br />I, Jesse Baloca, Finance Director for the City of San Leandro, pursuant to Sections 4-6-405 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code, report that the properties listed below are subject to liens for non- <br />payment of false alarm charges as of June 30, 2007. The proposed assessment listed below includes <br />the City's $20 administrative fee for placement of delinquent balances on the property tax roll.
