PUBLIC OUTREACH The following public outreach was performed: a legal advertisement for the public hearing was placed in the Daily Review newspaper; public hearing notification letters were mailed to property owners and business owners within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject property; and public notification placards were posted on the utility poles adjacent to the subject property. RECOMMENDATION There are no substantive changes proposed for the project. The construction documents are nearly complete and ready for submittal to the City's Building and Safety Services Division for building permits. With the demolition and removal of the existing building, and ground breaking for construction a few months away, the staff recommendation is that the planned development be approved with the same conditions for another year.
