<br />INTIME SOLUTIONS INC. <br /> <br />longer provide support and maintenance services of the Software to the Customer (provided that Customer was not <br />the party who petitioned InTi me into bankruptcy) shall trigger a release of the Escrow Software and Documentation <br />to the Customer, at the Customer's sole discretion. <br /> <br />t 0.5 Use of Source Code. In the event of a release of the Source Code from escrow, InTi me grants to Customer <br />fully paid, non-transferable, non-exclusive license in the Source Code, for the sole purpose of allowing Customer to <br />provide maintenance and support ofthe Software for Customer's users. <br /> <br />t 0.6 Source Code Warranty.
