During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (]) year thereafter, both parties <br />agree to not directly or indirectly, hire or solicit the services of any of the other's employees, subcontractors, or <br />former employees having left the other within six (6) months prior to solicitation, without the prior written consent <br />of the other party.
