Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement Between the City of San <br />Leandro and EIP Associates, a Division of PBS&J Related to Preparing the <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the ICI Development Company Retail and <br />Mixed-Use Residential Development in San Leandro in an Amount Not to Exceed <br />$487,614 (provides for preparation of an EIR for the subject development on a portion <br />of the former Albertson's Distribution Center site).
