<br />Task 4: Preparation of the Statements ofIndebtedness <br /> <br />Consultant will assist Agency and Agency staff as needed in the preparation of the Statement <br />ofIndebtedness for submission to the Controller's office for each of the project areas. <br /> <br />Task 5: General Fiscal Services <br /> <br />Urban Analytics will provide the Agency and Agency staff with analysis and advice on an <br />ongoing basis with respect to redevelopment-related fiscal matters that arise during the year. <br />In the past, these matters have included the Bay Fair Mall assessment appeal and consequent <br />adjustments to revenue; the imposition of ERAF payments; issues relating to the sharing of <br />revenue with the County in the Joint Project Area; and questions regarding current <br />legislation. <br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of San Leandro and Urban Analytics - Exhibit A <br /> <br />July 1, 2007 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
