<br />27. The proposed Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for the project shall be <br />approved by the City prior to approval of the Pinal Map. <br /> <br />28. CC&Rs shall include provisions requiring garbage and recycle bins of the projects <br />households to be placed on the driveway or along Hays Street on service days only in a <br />manner so that refuse and recycle trucks do not have to obstruct the driving aisle in the <br />street. <br /> <br />29. Prior to the recordation of the Pinal Map with the Alameda County Recorder, Subdivider <br />shall submit to the City Engineer a computer disk with a file of the points and lines of the <br />Pinal Map in an AutoCAD-readable format compatible with the City's Automated <br />Mapping System. Additionally, Subdivider is to provide a computer disk that includes <br />AutoCAD - readable files of the public and private improvements, PDP files of <br />geotechnical reports, hydraulic reports and any other required submitted documents. <br /> <br />30. Prior to any grading operations, Developer shall submit all information including a <br />Grading Plan accompanied by Soils Engineering and Engineering Geology Reports, in <br />accordance with requirements of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code Title VII, <br />Chapter 12 and obtain a grading permit. <br /> <br />31. During construction, the following high standards for sanitation are required: garbage cans, <br />construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a minimum weekly basis. <br />All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, and food scraps shall be <br />disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly removed from the site. <br />Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction compliance, will be conducted to <br />ensure compliance of the Subdivider and contractors with this requirement. <br /> <br />Date lip} k '1 <br />7 / <br /> <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />
