<br />Mitchell, Quebec, Olive Stop Signs <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />September 4, 2007 <br /> <br />A collision database review found no reported accidents at any of the intersections over the past <br />three years. Staffs analysis indicates that the all-way uncontrolled intersections meet the criteria <br />adopted by the City Council for a one-way or two-way stop sign installation based on unusual <br />conditions. Staff has determined that the most appropriate right-of-way control for these <br />intersections is: <br />. One-way stop signs at: <br />o Alice Avenue approach to Mitchell Avenue <br />o Helen A venue approach to Mitchell A venue <br />o Quebec Avenue approach to Calgary Street <br />. Two-way stop signs at: <br />o Vera Avenue approaches to Olive Street <br />o Upton A venue approaches to Olive Street <br /> <br />Current City Council Policy <br /> <br />.
