<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS, INTERSECTIONS, <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(MITCHELL AVENUE AT ALICE AVENUE, MITCHELL AVENUE AT HELEN AVENUE, <br />QUEBEC AVENUE AT CALGARY STREET, OLIVE STREET AT VERA AVENUE, <br />AND OLIVE STREET AT UPTON AVENUE) <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-215 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br />City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the following intersection is designated for placement of stop signs <br />pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6-1-125: <br /> <br />MITCHELL A VENUE AT ALICE AVENUE, all vehicles traveling easterly shall come <br />to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection. <br /> <br />MITCHELL A VENUE AT HELEN AVENUE, all vehicles traveling easterly shall come <br />to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection. <br /> <br />QUEBEC A VENUE AT CALGARY STREET, all vehicles traveling easterly shall come <br />to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection. <br /> <br />OLIVE STREET AT VERA AVENUE, all vehicles traveling northerly and southerly <br />shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection. <br /> <br />OLIVE STREET AT UPTON AVENUE, all vehicles traveling northerly and southerly <br />shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection. <br /> <br />Section 2.
