RECORDINb FEE (9 \10 <br /> <br />" ~ <br />l'I~~I'~lfl'tlll'l III' 111111111' 11'111:1'11111111 :111 I111 <br />I \' II Ii I:: II: I il\1 \ III 'I i !i!ll! i \ i I 12 PI.' <br />II :: \111 !:l Ii I lili i:!:! :ll!li I I <br /> <br />EXEMPT FROM RECORDING FEES PER <br />GOVERNMENT CODE 6103, 27383 <br /> <br />Space above this line for Recorder's use. <br /> <br />REVISED STATEMENT OF INSTITUTION <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT PROCEEDINGS <br />(Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33373) <br /> <br />THE PROPERTY THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS STATEMENT <br />IS LOCATED WITHIN A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proceedings have been instituted for the <br />redevelopment of the area located within the existing Plaza Redevelopment Project <br />Area (the "Project Area") established pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan for the <br />Plaza Redevelopment Project Area which was adopted by the San Leandro City Council <br />by Ordinance 2000-09, adopted on June 5, 2000, and was further amended by <br />Ordinance No, 2000-010, adopted on June 5, 2000, Ordinance No. 2001-021, adopted <br />on November 5, 2001, Ordinance No. 2003-019, adopted on December 15, 2003 and <br />by Ordinance No. 2005-009, adopted on July 18, 2005 (the redevelopment plans as so <br />amended, hereafter, the "Redevelopment Plan"). <br /> <br />The boundaries of the Project Area are described In Attachment A attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Plan authorizes the Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") of <br />the City of San Leandro to acquire certain real property located in the Project Area by <br />eminent domain, as more particularly described in the Redevelopment Plan. The <br />Agency may only acquire property by eminent domain following compliance with all <br />requirements of applicable law, including without limitation, compliance with all <br />requirements pertaining to notice, hearings, and the payment of just compensation. The <br />Agency's authority to initiate proceedings to acquire real property in the Project Area by <br />eminent domain expires on July 5, 2009, unless the Redevelopment Plan is amended to <br />extend such time limit <br /> <br />SIGNATURES ON NEXT PAGE <br />
