RECORDING FEE. 0 00 <br />\...~.,,~.!.!f:o?-~\~ <br /> <br />. illllllll/i 11I11 III!! 11111 lilll 11111 illlllllll iilil illl flli 11 PC, <br /> <br />EXEMPT FROM RECORDING FEES PER <br />GOVERNMENT CODE 6103,27383 <br /> <br />Space above this line for Recorder's use. <br /> <br />REVISED STATEMENT OF INSTITUTION <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT PROCEEDINGS <br />(Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33373) <br /> <br />THE PROPERTY THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS STATEMENT <br />IS LOCATED WITHIN A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proceedings have been instituted for the <br />redevelopment of the area located within the existing West San Leandro/MacArthur <br />Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area (the "Project Area") established pursuant to <br />the Redevelopment Plan for the West San Leandro/MacArthur Redevelopment Project <br />Area which was adopted by the San Leandro City Council by Ordinance No. 99-025 on <br />July 9, 1999, and was thereafter amended by Ordinance No. 2000-14, adopted on June <br />26, 2000 and by Ordinance No. 2003-030, adopted on December 15, 2003 (as so <br />amended, hereafter, the "Redevelopment Plan"). <br /> <br />The boundaries of the Project Area are described In Attachment A attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Plan authorizes the Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") of <br />the City of San Leandro to acquire real property by eminent domain throughout the <br />Project Area. The Agency may only acquire property by eminent domain following <br />compliance with all requirements of applicable law, including without limitation, <br />compliance with all requirements pertaining to notice, hearings, and the payment of just <br />compensation. The Agency's authority to initiate proceedings to acquire real property in <br />the Project Area by eminent domain expires on July 19, 2011, unless the <br />Redevelopment Plan is amended to extend such time limit. <br /> <br />SIGNATURES ON NEXT PAGE <br />
