CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City COllllcil with one single <br />action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City COllllcil <br />may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. <br />Members of the public who have requested to address the COllllcil regarding items remaining <br />on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 <br />minutes for all items. Jermanis, <br />Executive Director; Jesse Baloca, Treasurer; and Carlota Rodriguez, Deputy Treasurer <br />as authorized staff for depositing and withdrawing funds for a new LAIF accollllt for the <br />Economic Development Agency Fund). Resolution No. 2007-011 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Approving Agreement with Urban Analytics for Consulting Services for <br />Tax Increment Fiscal Analysis (provides for highly technical fiscal analysis of annual <br />Redevelopment Agency tax increment projections and pass through obligations for all <br />project areas). Cost: $34,000. Funding: $17,000 from Redevelopment Agency (RDA) <br />Plaza Area Flllld, $8,500 from RDA Joint Project Area Fund, and $8,500 from RDA <br />West San LeandrolMacArthur Fund. Matter of Three Resolutions of Local Support to Supplement Three Separate <br />Applications for Priority Development Area (PDA) Designations for the Downtown San <br />Leandro Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Strategy, the Bay Fair BART Transit <br />Village and the East 14th Street Pedestrian and Streetscape Improvements in Response <br />to a Regional Initiative Spearheaded by the Association of Bay Area Government <br />(ABAG), and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) in Coordination <br />with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) and the Bay <br />Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) (provides for completion of the <br />applications to allow subject areas to be eligible for future funding from a variety of <br />potential state and regional sources). <br /> <br />.
