<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-122 <br /> <br />(2096) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2006-2007 <br />CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) <br />AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION THEREOF BY THE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />Reci tals <br /> <br />Pursuant to provisions of the Housing and Community Development Act and <br />amendments, the federal government requires local communities to submit a Consolidated <br />Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) on the progress made on the Annual <br />Consolidated Action Plan. <br /> <br />The City of San Leandro, as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development (HUD), has duly published notice of such hearing and has conducted a public <br />hearing to obtain the views of citizens on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation <br />Report (CAPER) for fiscal year 2006-2007. <br /> <br />A copy of said Consolidated Annual PerfoTInance Evaluation Report (CAPER) is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Council is familiar with the <br />report. <br /> <br />The City Manager recommends execution and submission of said Consolidated Annual <br />Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) as attached. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the attached 2006-2007 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report <br />(CAPER) is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and submit <br />the same on behalf of the City of San Leandro. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 1 ih day of September, <br />2007, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />(7) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />(0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ft1~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
